As we close the door on November, much like an advent calendar, we open the door on December. Last week saw our stage awash with a variety of emotions, on Friday Belinda Filippelli performed her work in progress show A Casket Under the Christmas Tree. This emotionally charged performance was followed up by a feedback session with Belinda, to help her to continue to shape her very personal show.
The weekend saw the first two of four performances of Iain Anderson's Traumedy. After each performance Iain has been hosting an question & answer session (something he is doing exclusively at the BCN Studio). If you missed out last weekend, you still have time to get tickets for the final two performances this Saturday & Sunday but tickets are selling fast!
Improv Wednesdays has seen a new addition to it's line up, a fun workshop for all leverls of improvisors. A great way to warm up before the Watch This Space Improv Show & Jam! Starting at 7pm & on a pay what you want basis, come & follow the fun!
On Thursday, Jake Graves took us on a journey through both the highs and the lows of life in the English capital in London Is (not that) Great. A funny take on the expat experience in the UK.
You may have also seen, from our social media posts, that we've taken delivery of our very own red carpet! So come & drop by & feel like a movie star, whenever you want!

(A staged reading)
A theatre company is preparing a production of ‘A Doll's House' by Henrik Ibsen. While rehearsing the last scene, the director notices a detail: the play does not end with Nora's legendary slamming of the door; but with the image of her husband, Torvald Helmer, who after a moment of defeat, looks up and repeats the phrase spoken earlier by his wife, 'the greatest of miracles’. Can an abyss be a bridge? What is the greatest of miracles?
