We’re all naturally creative. It’s a matter of plasticity, nurturing the creative muscles that allow us to enter flow-states with more ease and joy. Using automatic writing and improv techniques, together we’ll develop our ability to:
- Calm the inner-critic and perfectionist
- Improve our relationship with our imagination
- Play with ideas and stories with greater fluidity
- Enhance curiosity, presence, and joy in the creative process
Whether you're developing particular creative projects, or you simply want to bring more spontaneity into your life, the Labs welcome all backgrounds and experience levels. Just bring yourself, paper and pen/cil, and see what shows up!
