COLD CUTS: raw talent in Barcelona

Script Reading | In English | Doors open 30 minutes before event start | Duration: 120 mins

Tickets 5€

At the door 7€

Ever wondered what a script sounds like before it hits the big screen? Or how your own work lands when you're in front of an audience? COLD CUTS is Barcelona's weekly underground home for raw talent to test and explore just that. Every Thursday, we gather writers, actors, and story-lovers in our intimate space to breathe life into new plays, film scripts, and TV pilots, and now, the work actors are building themselves.

THE EXPERIENCE:

• For Writers: Hear your dialogue aloud for the first time and watch where the story takes the audience. Submit your 5 pages here: https://form.jotform.com/260633457676062. We will cast actors on the night to read it back to you, live.

• For Actors, new: Bring anything you're working on: a monologue, a scene, a self-tape piece, a character in progress. Perform it live and find out how it truly lands. You can also arrive early for a chance to be cast on the spot in a writer's piece. No prep needed, just your craft.

• For Arts Lovers: Witness the "first draft" of tomorrow's hits from the talent putting Barcelona on the global scene.
