Pay What You Want
There are so many excellent choices of scripts out there to sift through. But sometimes you don't really get the feel of something until you hear it out loud, right?
This event is about bringing creatives together to explore new plays or even film scripts, have a fun excuse to perform (only if you'd like to of course), and to perhaps get some inspiration for an upcoming project!
If you have something in mind, or have written something yourself, then please send the script to info@thebcnstudio.com before the event. Ideally a play that's not too long as we might not have time for it. Or we could always just read some scenes.
If you have the chance to make some physical copies bring them with you. Or bring a laptop/tablet with you so you can read the content on there. We'll provide some options too so don't feel you have to bring something
We'll share what we've all got and then take a vote to decide which ones we'll have time for, and which we'll save for another day.
Or maybe we'll try sample a bit of everything! The stage is our Oyster!
If you're an actor and would love to play one of the characters, then please go for it! If you just want to see the play being performed then that's all good too.
A low-key event full for us all to connect, share thoughts and opinions and above all- enjoy ourselves!
