Join us this November for a hilarious gay musical extravaganza. Yes, Christmas Is Gay really is the first time that we’re combining musical theatre with gayness and having an overall Christmas theme. We are so happy that we thought of it first. Join us as we go through ten different songs, exploring the origins of Christmas, taking you all the way back to Nazareth and the greatest story ever told with the birth of Jesus.

With three amazing singers and a pianist, composer and a narrator, we’ll be taking you through the centuries of Christmas tradition and how it has evolved over time to the modern gay event that we all know and love today. We hope you laugh, we hope you cry and we hope you learn. But most of all, we hope our audiences are entertained as we celebrate the great art form that is satire.

Written by Shane Callaghan, with all original music composed by Håvard Enstad, this duo have delighted audiences with their musical stories across Europe for over ten years, with sell-out performances in English, Spanish and Catalan.

And after several, several years of talks, writing, redrafts and sessions on the piano, this production is finally ready to make its theatrical debut at The BCN Studio in Barcelona. We cannot wait to share this with you.
