Workshop Fee 150€
The workshop will consist in exploring how to embody the words of Sonnet 18 by William Shakespeare. This will involve discovering the gestural life of the key words of the speech and expanding those gestures to almost dance-like movements. We will then investigate how those expanded movements can carry sound and then weave this sound-world back into the speech with the hope of bringing the sonnet to life in each participant in ways they could not have predicted.
Participants will need to wear close clothing to move in.
The workshop will be led by Ed Woodall.
